 who officially purchased the Effanbee doll company in the Fall of 2002 .
These Patsy dolls are  produced in limited editions of 1,000 pieces for Patsy's 75th Anniversary year. 
Patsy® is a 13" vinyl doll with painted face and hand painted, molded hair.
