This fine porcelain doll is so exquisite that she is being given the prestigious Signature Edition designation, making her our only commemorative doll with this distinction. Because this edition is so special—and requires so much skilled and painstaking hand-craftsmanship to make her a reality—she will be issued in a strictly limited edition of just 2,500 dolls worldwide, with each doll’s Certificate of Authenticity hand-signed by the artist!
The Riding the Silver Moon doll is sculpted in Sandra Bilotto’s signature style, with a fresh and timeless look to her beautiful features captured in hand-painted porcelain. Shining, silky black hair cascades over her pointed fairy ears down to her waist. She has a faraway look in her twinkling sapphire eyes as she dreams of a day when all our dreams are fulfilled.
With its icy blue colour and glistening silver-sequins, the fairy’s
multi-layered skirt swirls around her slender body. Her fitted bodice is
gathered at the waist with pleated details meeting at a crescent moon pavéd
in faux jewels. More fairylike jewelry hangs around her neck and crowns her
forehead. Gossamer wings extend gracefully behind the moon enthroned fairy.
Her translucent, stained-glass-like wings twinkle with glitter and faux
jewels, while golden yellow veins define spirals of violet and sky blue.
