Baby Button Nose

Button Nose™ was first manufactured in 1938 as an 8" composition doll with side glancing painted eyes and molded hair.  A popular Effanbee® doll throughout the early 40's when doll wigs were scarce, her molded hair and "impish" face bring to mind a toddler who is full of fun.  The Baby Button Nose™ doll manufactured from 1968 to 1981 bore little resemblance to her early namesake.  A traditional baby-doll, she often came with a wardrobe of outfits.  Our 2004 edition of Baby Button Nose™ is made from a commissioned sculpt done for Effanbee® by renowned doll artist Ann Timmerman.  Our baby combines the "impish" charm of the 1940's doll with the sweet sensibility of the best Effanbee® babies!  At 18" of huggable vinyl, crafted with inset, high-quality acrylic eyes and available in three hair colors, this baby is a wonder!  We cannot wait for you to meet her in person!!  Baby Button Nose™ has been designed in limited editions of 1,000 pieces per style for her 2004 debut.
