| Credit Card We are happy to accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover Please follow the ordering procedure listed above to use your credit card. If you are a repeat customer simply email your telephone number with your order, all information is kept securely on file within out store system (not Online!) Check We welcome your personal check. Please be advised that payment by personal check can delay your shipment up to 14 business days. We do not ship before this time due to fraudulent activities. Checks Returned for Non sufficient funds or any other reason will incur $25. Returned Check Fee - NO EXCEPTIONS! (Regular customers may be exempt from this policy, however it is at the discretion of our bookeeping department). Money Order Transactions paid by Money Order will ship the next business day. |

Pre-Ordering We are able to take reservations for any product that is not in stock, whether it has not been released by the manufacturer or is simply out of stock. We require a deposit of all pre-orders. Deposits range from $5.00 to $500.00 depending upon the price and edition size .All pre-order deposits are non-refundable. All pre-order deposits are non transferable. (meaning that you cannot transfer a deposit paid on one item, to an different item) Pre-Ordering is a commitment from the customer to purchase the item, and it is also a commitment on our part to fulfill the order. We do not guarantee Ship dates quoted by manufacturers. Ship dates are only an estimation of arrival time. All pre-orders are filled immediately upon arrival from the manufacturer, most within 1-2 days of arrival. We do not call to notify you of the arrival - items are billed and shipped upon arrival. When you preorder several items it is unlikely that they will arrive together. We try our very best to combine as much as possible to save you Shipping $. HOWEVER, we will not hold merchandise to ship complete. You are responsible for all shipping charges If for some reason Dream Dolls Gallery & More cannot fulfill your pre-order due to manufacturer cancellation or production runs, we will cheerfully refund your deposit. |

Shipping Dream Dolls Gallery & More uses UPS Ground for most shipments. We ship items by US Postal Priority Mail at our discretion- please note if necessary. Standard Shipping is $8.95 for the first item in a shipment and $1 for each additional item in a shipment. Larger items will be $9.95 (baby dolls, larger Barbies, etc these items will be noted on the corresponding merchandise page) Oversize items will incur charges of $14.95 and up - these items will also be marked accordingly on the corresponding website page. Combining Shipments is at the discretion of our shipping department. Items too large to ship together will be shipped separately and billed for 2 separate shipping charges. Address Changes- If you have a package rerouted to your work address, or to your friends house because you wont be home you will be charged $5 address correction fee. This also applies to incorrect #s or zip codes, check your information. UPS charges us and we will charge you. When you preorder several items it is unlikely that they will arrive together. Layaway We offer various layaway plans to suit your budget. Standard Layaway - Put any item into layaway. 1/3 of the invoice total is due at commencement. 1/3 is due within 30 days and the final payment of 1/3 is due within 60 days. Layaway payments can be made by check, money order or we can arrange auto payment through our accounting department. (Please note if your final payment is made by check it will delay your shipment until the payment clears. Autopay Layaway - For more expensive items, we can tailor a layaway plan to meet your needs. From 3 months to 24 months (reserved for items over $2000.00) A deposit equal to the number of months (ex: 6 month layaway 1/6 required as down payment) is required to initiate layaway. A credit card is required for autopayment, the credit card is charged on the same day of each month (usually the same day the layaway began) Dream Dolls Gallery & More will not be responsible for any charges incurred by you (the customer) by your credit card company or bank, due to any over limit fees or other fees associated with charges to the layaway account. We are more than happy to work with you, if you have a specific need, don't hesitate to ask. Layaways are shipped when paid in full - NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE NOTE: Layaways are FINAL SALE - we cannot switch merchandise from Layaways. Non payment or cancellation will result in forfeiture of deposit. |

International Orders That is any shipment sent out of the US - Canada -included. We are HAPPY to ship overseas. Shipments are sent by US Postal AIRMAIL or GLOBAL EMS. GLOBAL EXPRESS is preferred as it is traceable online. Shipping charges are based on the weight and destination of the item. For an estimate of shipping charges please email your request along with the item and your postal code (address) Or visit www.usps.com Our Shopping Cart will charge a $25.00 estimated shipping fee + $5.00 handling fee regardless of the shipping cost. Overages will be credited and shortages will be charged to the card on file. ACTUAL shipping fees will be charged + a $5 handling fee per package is added to each package shipped out of the US. International Customers are responsible for all taxes, customs fees or duties imposed by your country. We hold no liability or responsibility once a package has left our store. Returns Clearance merchandise and SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE - all pages and most items are marked as such and we will not accept returns or exchanges on this merchandise regardless of the situation. You must call for return authorization (RA#) and shipping instructions within 2 days of receiving your merchandise. All returns must have an RA# on the outside of the box. Unauthorized returns, or failure to comply with our return instructions will be refused. Authorized Returns will be issued a STORE CREDIT that must be used within 60 days. Shipping charges will NOT be refunded, for any exchange or return, you are also responsible for the shipping charges to return the item to us. You are responsible for the product until it is back in our hands, so please insure it.
